Cancellation policy
When you cancel a confirmed booking, the refund amount depends on how close to check-in the cancellation happens.
Refund tiers
- 30 or more days before check-in100% refund
- 7-29 days before check-in50% refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in0% refund
How it works
Cancellation windows are measured from the moment you confirm the cancellation, in whole days remaining until your scheduled check-in date. The tier with the highest matching minimum is applied.
The refund amount is calculated against your booking total and credited back to your original payment method. If a partial refund has already been issued (for example, by an administrator), only the remaining balance is refundable.
You'll see the exact refund amount in a preview before you confirm any cancellation, so there are no surprises.
